Halloween Weekend

Dear Family,
Abby and Sarah enjoyed Halloween. Abby and I carved pumpkins in the afternoon. We carved a cat and a traditional face. We tried to get Sarah to help after she woke up from her nap, but she didn’t want to join us. Abby was a butterfly and Sarah was a bat. My brother and sister-in-law came over and enjoyed the evening with us and we enjoyed a surprise visit from Eric’s brother James and son Benjamin. After the girls went to bed, Abby came back out and asked me to pull her tooth out. She had been asking all day and to be honest I was a little scared about it. I gave it a try and with a little bend and a tug, it came out. So, Abby lost her first tooth on Halloween. The tooth fairy visited in the night and left 4 quarters for her. She doesn’t quite understand how much that is, but she agreed the best place for it was in her piggy bank. Pictures of our toothless girl can be found on our family blog at http://ericmelissagreen.blogspot.com/. The girls Halloween pictures are there too.
Tonight we watched AFV (America’s Funniest Videos) and there were some clips of Chihuahua’s. The rest of the night she was talking about “wawa’s” and having one at our house.
Hope you all enjoyed the holiday too.
Melissa, Eric and Girls
